terms of service

last updated: march 25, 2026

1. acceptance of terms

by accessing or using voidMe, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. if you do not agree, do not use the service. these terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TTL Zero Technologies LLC.

2. service description

voidMe provides ephemeral compute sessions streamed to your browser via WebRTC. each session spins up a fresh container with new cryptographic keys, routes traffic through WireGuard inside the container, and destroys everything on disconnect.

we are not a VPN provider. we are an ephemeral compute infrastructure provider. there is a meaningful architectural difference: session data cannot be logged because it does not persist beyond the session boundary.

session types include browser sessions, single-app sessions, and full desktop sessions, depending on your tier.

3. account terms

accounts are identified by a VoidID — a unique, randomly generated identifier. accounts are anonymous by default. you may optionally provide an email address for account recovery and billing notifications; this email is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and cannot be read in plaintext by our systems.

you are responsible for safeguarding your VoidID. losing your VoidID means losing access to your account. we cannot recover accounts without the original VoidID.

day passes are valid for 24 hours from time of purchase. subscriptions renew monthly on the anniversary of the original purchase date.

you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. prohibited activities

the following activities are strictly prohibited when using voidMe. violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account termination without refund.

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to NCMEC
  • terrorism, violent extremism, or radicalization content
  • drug trafficking or controlled substance distribution
  • unauthorized access to third-party systems (hacking)
  • distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks
  • spam, phishing, or social engineering campaigns
  • malware creation, distribution, or deployment
  • copyright infringement, including unauthorized file sharing
  • identity theft, fraud, or financial crime
  • harassment, stalking, doxxing, or threats of violence
  • non-consensual intimate images
  • evasion of international sanctions (OFAC, EU, UN)
  • money laundering or terrorist financing
  • credential stuffing, brute force attacks, or automated scraping
  • cryptocurrency mining, automated bots, crawlers, or any non-interactive workload
  • activities that cause our network addresses to be blacklisted (mass emailing, API abuse, scraping at scale)
  • reselling, sublicensing, or sharing your account or sessions with third parties
  • operating a commercial service, proxy, or relay on top of voidMe infrastructure
  • any activity that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law

sessions are for interactive, personal use. automated workloads, persistent services, and commercial reuse are not permitted. we reserve the right to terminate sessions consuming disproportionate compute, memory, or bandwidth resources.

5. enforcement

we reserve the right to terminate any account immediately and without refund for violations of the prohibited activities listed above.

we may cooperate with law enforcement when legally compelled to do so.

what we can produce if legally compelled:

  • VoidID
  • account tier
  • funding status
  • account timestamps
  • encrypted email address (if provided)

what we cannot produce — because it does not exist:

  • session content
  • browsing history
  • connection logs
  • encryption keys (destroyed on disconnect)

6. payments and billing

payments are processed by Stripe. we do not store your card details — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

day passes are one-time charges. subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled.

billing disputes should be directed to Stripe or to support@voidme.app.

7. refund policy

we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. if you are not satisfied, contact support@voidme.app within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

day passes are refundable if unused (no session has been launched). once a session has been launched on a day pass, it is non-refundable.

subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. see our full refund policy for details.

8. cancellation

you may cancel your subscription at any time through the vestibule (your account dashboard) or by contacting support@voidme.app.

cancellation stops future billing immediately. your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

no partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.

9. service availability

we do not guarantee uptime. sessions are ephemeral by design — they exist only for the duration of your connection.

service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure changes, or circumstances beyond our control.

we are not liable for lost work within sessions. this is the fundamental nature of ephemeral compute — nothing persists. plan accordingly.

10. limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, TTL Zero Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

our total liability for any claim arising from your use of voidMe shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. indemnification

you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TTL Zero Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. intellectual property

voidMe, theVoid, and all related names, logos, and marks are the property of TTL Zero Technologies LLC. you may not use our marks without prior written permission.

the service incorporates open-source software, which is used in accordance with their respective licenses.

13. privacy

we practice minimal data collection by design, not just by policy.

what we store:

  • VoidID
  • account tier
  • funding status
  • account timestamps
  • encrypted email address (optional, AES-256-GCM)

what we do not store:

  • browsing history
  • session content
  • connection logs
  • IP addresses
  • DNS queries

all session data — including encryption keys, browsing data, and container state — is destroyed on disconnect. this is architectural, not policy.

14. age requirement

you must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. by using voidMe, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

15. governing law

these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

16. changes to terms

we may update these terms from time to time. changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. your continued use of voidMe after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

17. network and IP reputation

voidMe sessions route traffic through shared network infrastructure. activities that cause IP addresses to be blacklisted — including mass emailing, API abuse, automated scraping, or bot traffic — harm all users on the platform.

sessions that degrade network reputation will be terminated immediately. repeated offenses result in permanent account termination without refund. we actively monitor for patterns that trigger blacklisting and may implement rate limits, port restrictions, or traffic shaping to protect our network.

18. early access

voidMe is in early access. features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. session types, tier benefits, idle timers, and capacity limits are subject to adjustment as the platform evolves. we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.

19. force majeure

TTL Zero Technologies LLC is not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: hosting provider outages, datacenter incidents, natural disasters, government actions, network disruptions, or infrastructure seizures. our service depends on third-party infrastructure providers in multiple jurisdictions — disruptions to those providers may affect service availability.

20. account inactivity

funded accounts with no session activity for 180 consecutive days may be marked inactive. you will receive notice at your email address (if provided) before any action is taken. unfunded accounts expire automatically per their creation terms (24 hours).
