your first monthly subscription payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. if voidMe isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of your first subscription charge and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
this guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. subsequent months are not eligible for the money-back guarantee but can be cancelled at any time.

day passes expire 24 hours after purchase regardless of whether a session was launched.
▸ subscription cancellation
you can cancel your subscription at any time. cancellation is immediate — no waiting periods, no hoops.
when you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. you've already paid for that time, and we honor it.
no partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.

log in to your vestibule (account dashboard) and navigate to the account section. cancellation is one click.
option 2: email
send your VoidID to support@voidme.app and we'll cancel your subscription within 24 hours.
▸ refund processing
all refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe. expect the refund to appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
if your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, contact support@voidme.app with your VoidID and we'll investigate.
▸ day pass to subscription upgrade
liked your day pass experience? if you upgrade to a monthly subscription within 24 hours of purchasing a day pass, the day pass amount is credited toward your first month.
the credit is applied automatically at checkout. no promo codes needed.
